Orchha Palace Hotel
This four-star resort hotel is conceived around a spread-out masterplan, with a central public zone seamlessly connecting a series of guest room clusters. This configuration was developed to offer both strong market appeal and enhanced group privacy, while also providing a practical framework for cost-efficient maintenance.
We served as the Architects and Interior Designers for the project . The hotel became operational in October 2016.
Architecturally, the concept reflects a fusion of modern planning principles with traditional Indian elements, inspired by the historic character of Orchha. The resort spans over nine acres, housing 116 guest rooms (98 standard + 18 suite keys), and features a built-up area exceeding 160,000 sq. ft.
